I very much DISLIKE checking out a Recipe and the Cook wants to spin a long Web of needless information. I scrolled down one site for an entire Minute before I got to their Recipe. So Here is an easy Recipe and Fun to Make. So let’s get to it.
Turn Oven “ON” to 350 Degrees
Utensils-
A Large Fork.
A Teaspoon.
A Cookie Sheet.
Parchment Paper.
Ingredients! I’ll list as I make the Cookies!
First Part–
- 2 Eggs.
- A Pinch of Salt.
- A Teaspoon of Vanilla or less.
- 1 Cup White Sugar.
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar.
- 1/2 Cup Cooking Oil. Or a Stick of Melted Butter.
- 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder. You can use Baking Soda instead but I can taste it in my Cookies and don’t like it.
In a Mixing Bowl, MIX the Above with your Fork. Mix it until it looks Mixed.
Now for the Rest of your Ingredients-
Add to your Mixing Bowl-
- 1 and 1/2 Cups of White Flour.
- 3 Cups Old Fashioned Oats.
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips (Semi-Sweet).
Now, go out and sit in the Living Room and take with you-
- Mixing Bowl. With your Ingredients in it.
- Fork.
- Teaspoon.
- Cookie Sheet.
- Parchment Paper.
Mix up the Ingredients with your Large Fork. RELAX. This is so easy. When it looks like the pic-

then do this-
- Put your Parchment Paper Sheet on the Cookie Sheet.
- Scoop up a large pile of Your Cookie Dough with your Teaspoon. About the size of a Ping Pong Ball. Or Table Tennis Ball if you want Larger Cookies.
- Roll it into a Ball with your Hands.
- Put the Ball on the Parchment Paper.
- Continuing the Rolling into more Balls and put them on the Sheet like the Picture.

- I USE my fingers to push the Cookie Dough down like a small itty bitty Hamburger Pattie
- Leave some Room Between the cookies as you see in the Pic.

When the Oven is Ready. Place your Pan of Cookie Dough into the Oven.
I COOK them for 9 Minutes. You might want to Check at 7 Minutes as not all Ovens Cook the same.. Might take 12.
Take the Cooked Cookies out and let them sit for 5-10 minutes.

Put them on a Plate and go do the Next Batch.
This Recipe makes between 30-40 Cookies. Depends on the size of your Cookies.
So Make them. Cook Them. And then feed these Easy to Make Cookies to your Families.
