Make (easy to make) Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies like a Champ!

I very much DISLIKE checking out a Recipe and the Cook wants to spin a long Web of needless information. I scrolled down one site for an entire Minute before I got to their Recipe. So Here is an easy Recipe and Fun to Make. So let’s get to it.

Turn Oven “ON” to 350 Degrees

Utensils-

A Large Fork.

A Teaspoon.

A Cookie Sheet.

Parchment Paper.

Ingredients! I’ll list as I make the Cookies!

First Part

  1. 2 Eggs.
  2. A Pinch of Salt.
  3. A Teaspoon of Vanilla or less.
  4. 1 Cup White Sugar.
  5. 1 Cup Brown Sugar.
  6. 1/2 Cup Cooking Oil. Or a Stick of Melted Butter.
  7. 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder. You can use Baking Soda instead but I can taste it in my Cookies and don’t like it.

In a Mixing Bowl, MIX the Above with your Fork. Mix it until it looks Mixed.

Now for the Rest of your Ingredients-

Add to your Mixing Bowl-

  1. 1 and 1/2 Cups of White Flour.
  2. 3 Cups Old Fashioned Oats.
  3. 1 Cup Chocolate Chips (Semi-Sweet).

Now, go out and sit in the Living Room and take with you-

  1. Mixing Bowl. With your Ingredients in it.
  2. Fork.
  3. Teaspoon.
  4. Cookie Sheet.
  5. Parchment Paper.

Mix up the Ingredients with your Large Fork. RELAX. This is so easy. When it looks like the pic-

Last of the Dough

then do this-

  1. Put your Parchment Paper Sheet on the Cookie Sheet.
  2. Scoop up a large pile of Your Cookie Dough with your Teaspoon. About the size of a Ping Pong Ball. Or Table Tennis Ball if you want Larger Cookies.
  3. Roll it into a Ball with your Hands.
  4. Put the Ball on the Parchment Paper.
  5. Continuing the Rolling into more Balls and put them on the Sheet like the Picture.
  1. I USE my fingers to push the Cookie Dough down like a small itty bitty Hamburger Pattie
  2. Leave some Room Between the cookies as you see in the Pic.

When the Oven is Ready. Place your Pan of Cookie Dough into the Oven.

I COOK them for 9 Minutes. You might want to Check at 7 Minutes as not all Ovens Cook the same.. Might take 12.

Take the Cooked Cookies out and let them sit for 5-10 minutes.

Put them on a Plate and go do the Next Batch.

This Recipe makes between 30-40 Cookies. Depends on the size of your Cookies.

So Make them. Cook Them. And then feed these Easy to Make Cookies to your Families.
