And you’re worried about all the mumbo-jumbo-jumbo-mumbo Lawsuits that Trump and Party has unleashed upon the Voting done during the 2020 Election. But I don’t think that is where the biggest event in this Election might take place. It could be-
January 6, 2021 could be the Greatest Fireworks Show in American History!
Today, I’ve strategically Posted several POSTS to help bring you up to Speed on the Electoral College. Here are those two if you did not read them yet. But it will help you before you read any farther-
Okay, you got a bunch to read. And if you read them, then you’re ready for the Rest of the Story. Now read this Article and below it is an exert-
Also under federal law, a joint session of Congress is required by the 12th Amendment to count the electoral votes and declare the winners of the presidential election. That joint session of Congress is held on January 6, 2021 at 1 p.m.
When the results from each state are announced, a member of the House and Senate can jointly object, in writing, to the election results from that state. The House and Senate then adjourn for up to one hour to consider the objection; if both bodies agree to uphold the objection, the votes are excluded from the election results under the terms of the Electoral Count Act of 1887.
There are several scenarios that could allow for this final vote count to be delayed in Congress. One scenario would be if House and Senate agree to exclude a state’s electoral votes, which would then result in a candidate not having the majority of electoral votes. Another would be a faithless elector causing a tie in the electoral college voting.
The 12th Amendment then calls for run-off or contingent elections in the House (to select a president) and the Senate (to select a vice president). Those elections would need to be finished by 12 p.m. on January 20, 2021 for the next president and vice president to take their oaths of office. If that does not happen, the Speaker of the House would serve as president until Congress certifies a winner of the 2020 presidential election.
Okay, that was a good minute of reading, wasn’t it? And suddenly. You might have seen some stuff that opened your eyes to other possibilities in all of this. Maybe the flaws that still exist?
And now. What sort of weird things do you think might come about in the days ahead? But one thing MUST take place 1st! And what is that?
President Trump NEVER CONCEDES and that opens the Door for a whole lot of interesting or disturbing things and yes, they could Happen. And for any of this to Happen, a bunch of people would have to had planned it. Yes, they would have to had planned what many might say is High Treason, but it appears to be completely Legit! Buy for anything to Happen, the next things MUST Happen-
- Enough Electoral College Voters become Faithless Voters.
- Enough Electoral College Votes are Challenged on January 6, 2021 in this Joint Session of Congress.
- Enough Electoral College Votes are Changed on January 6, 2021 that neither Candidate has 270 Electoral College Votes and this forces the House to pick the President and the Senate to pick the Vice President. And who would that be?
Yes, if the 270 Electoral College Amount to Win the Election is NOT achieved by either CANDIDATE, then the House of Representatives must Pick the President and the Senate must pick the Vice-President.
Talk about Fact being Stranger than Fiction. But why Trump as Vice-President? Simple. If anything happens to Biden, Trump takes over.
But, Trump being Vice-President would take place if the Senate is controlled by the GOP? And on January 6, 2021, they will have control. The SENATE runoff Races Voting is January 5th, 2021. And it will take how many days to COUNT those Votes? Won’t be by January 6. Lol. No way. On November 11, 2020, they still are COUNTING VOTES from November 3rd, 2020.
So, yes, there is an absolutely Long Shot Bet on How Trump can still remain in Office. And you still not getting it yet? Probable going to Happen? With this ELECTION, I think anything is possible.
Now, is this a mind-blower or what?
