- Watch warm Movies. But get some good books. Happy books. Books like A Panther’s Father.
- Read those Good Books.
- Take a minute to plan for better eating.
- Call a friend and say Hello. No. Nothing fancy.
- Buy something just for yourself.
- Make a new friend.
- Start your Day out reading the Comics Section of the Newspaper and maybe only that for the next 30 days.
- Go Underground. I’m meaning not engaging in anything that upsets you. No shows that upset you. No celebrities that upset you.
- Pray a little Prayer…be happier…be friendlier again.
- Give yourself a great big Hug.
